Groundwork works. Here's proof.
I’m thrilled to share some powerful results from our recent Groundwork Impact Survey — a big thank-you to all the founders, executives, and professionals who took part.
Over the past five years, we’ve worked with hundreds of high-performing individuals and teams who were tired of operating in a constant state of stress, distraction, and overwhelm. Now, we have the data to back up what we’ve seen in action:
✨ 85.7% of participants report they now accomplish more in less time after learning Groundwork
✨ 61.9% report better focus — and 33.3% say their focus is much better
✨ Participants rated Groundwork’s impact on stress reduction at 7/10 on average
✨ And they rated their ability to prioritize effectively at 8.05/10
Each of these respondents received at least 12 sessions of 1:1 coaching or 12 hours of team-based Groundwork training. In other words, they’ve had deep exposure to the system — and the results speak for themselves.
These aren’t just productivity wins. They’re quality-of-life breakthroughs.
If anxiety and overwhelm live in the background of your day — and let’s be honest, for most of us, they do — what you need is not another productivity tool.
You need a system.
And by system, I don’t mean an app. Or another productivity hack. Or a well-meaning list of tips that will end up adding more noise to an already noisy mind.
I mean a new way of thinking — a streamlined, clear-eyed approach to the ever-growing influx of tasks, information, and relationships you’re holding. A way to take care of your future self in real time, so you can focus on what matters now.
Because the bandaid fixes aren’t working. If anything, they’re making us feel more scattered.
Groundwork is different. The goal of this system isn’t to get more done — it's to bring more peace of mind into the way you get things done.
Minimalism. Simplicity. Sanity. In the face of chaos.
This is the revolution.
The Groundwork System is a simple way to manage your inbox, to-do list, and calendar, and a simple way to understand and manage the triggers and pain that keep you in survival mode.
